Injection molding
Open mold injection molding adds solid plastic particles into the material cylinder of the injection molding machine. The external heating of the material cylinder melts the plastic particles to a flowable state. Then, the injection molding machine applies high pressure through screws or plungers to quickly inject the molten plastic into the pre designed mold cavity.
